After completing the Comprehensive Whole Health Assessment, patients have the opportunity to sign up for a monthly membership with Dr. Alisa Illescas, MD. The membership allows full access to Dr. Illescas to help you stay on track with your health goals. You will receive unlimited visits, texting, and more. See below.

Members must keep an active card on file.
No commitments. Can cancel or re-enroll at anytime.

Unlimited texting capabilities
Elevate your access to a physician by directly connecting with Dr. Illescas as needed.
If outside standard office hours, Dr. Illescas will get back to you the next day. If you have an urgent need, Dr. Illescas will be available outside office hours.

Unlimited as needed VIRTUAL VISITS
After completing your comprehensive whole health assessment, stay on track with the ease and convenience of virtual follow up visits

AS NEEDED IN PERSON VISITS
Limit to 4 visits per year. Additional visits are $50 per visit.

LAB ORDERS AND MEDICATION REFILLS
For as needed lab and/or medication and supplement orders.
Your insurance might cover the cost of standard labs. *Specialty labs are usually an additional fee out of pocket.

WHOLE HEALTH HAPPY HOUR
Experience monthly re-occurring virtual group “office hours” with Dr. Illescas in which you can get your health questions answered directly by a physician while connecting with a community of like-minded individuals.
