24/7 Access

In membership-based medicine, also known as “relationship-based medicine,” you pay a monthly or annual membership fee, just like you would if you are a member of a gym.

My members enjoy an elevated healthcare experience by reserving a physician for any needs that come up. Members have 24/7 direct access to invaluable medical advice from a formally trained physician. The current insurance-based model of healthcare is structured for providers to see people as quickly as possible. With patient panels upwards of 3,000 people, the average face-to-face time with your provider is 7 minutes! I keep my patient panel less than 300, which allows for long appointment times and the ability to spend time doing education. You bring your agenda to the doctor. Not the other way around.

Another feature of my membership includes enhanced care coordination in both the outpatient and inpatient settings. In the insurance-based model, it is nearly impossible for even the most savvy people to navigate the healthcare system. In my practice, I’m your guide in finding answers. Through my direct connections with specialists, I find out who to call and when.

Finally, my members will join a community of like-minded individuals and enjoy access to regularly occurring educational workshops both virtually and in person, a waived fee of $ 75-150.

Personalized Medicine

Nutrigenomics examines the interplay of our genes and the foods we eat.

We are all born with a certain genetic blueprint, which determines our eye color, hair color, etc.

Our genetic blueprint also determines if we are prone to cardiometabolic disorders, weight gain, anxiety, depression, autoimmune disease, among other countless health conditions. Maybe you just feel "off" and you're not quite sure why.

The foods we eat change the expression of our genes. Our genes get turned on and off by cofactors. Cofactors are micronutrients, either a vitamin or a mineral, such as magnesium, copper, and B12, among many others.

We get micronutrients from the foods we eat. So by looking in detail at someone's genetic blueprint, and measuring your micronutrients, we can pinpoint disease at the biochemical level and completely personalize a targeted treatment plan for your body.
